DevOps Engineer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees, specializing in creating financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce systems, often building new features or systems from scratch. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing arrangements.

• Recruitment process consists of two stages:
  • A short (~20 minutes) phone interview with the HR department
  • An online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client covering experience and technical knowledge

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including architecture, networking, autoscaling mechanisms, and security aspects
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD processes and GitOps approaches using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Proficiency working in Linux environments and with public cloud platforms
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices such as monitoring, logging, and tracing
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and long-term technological solutions beyond immediate operational needs
