AI Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of commercial and/or research experience in designing and deploying NLP and Machine Learning (ML) models
• Documented experience in production deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
• Language requirements: Polish; English (minimum B1)
• Proficient in Python and key AI/ML libraries: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, Langchain, MLflow
• Good knowledge of SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; version control with Git, data versioning with Dvc, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team and analyze scientific literature

Nice to have:

• Publishing scientific and technical articles or sharing research results within the industry
• Participating in AI/ML conferences and workshops as a presenter
• Experience creating agentic systems using LangGraph or Google ADK
• Practical experience in building advanced recommendation systems

• Research, design, and train advanced machine learning models, including proprietary large language models (LLMs) to replace external providers
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions such as chatbots, autonomous agents, and systems based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
• Experiment with large language models, including fine-tuning, distillation, and optimization for performance and business needs
• Create and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate complex business processes
• Analyze, process, and integrate various types of data (text, geolocation, tabular, time series) using platforms like Snowflake
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends, analyze scientific literature, and continuously monitor and optimize deployed models' performance
