Lead DevOps Engineer (AWS)

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• At least 2 years of proven leadership or team mentoring
• Practical expertise within the AWS ecosystem (including EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Deep understanding of container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building and managing CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitLab CI)
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash
• Knowledge of modern monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK)
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security
• Fluent English communication skills

• AWS Certifications
• Experience in highly regulated sectors
• Practical experience with GitOps, FinOps, and service meshes

• Guide and mentor up to five engineers, overseeing growth, performance, and onboarding
• Architect and maintain cloud environments focusing on AWS
• Build and refine Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Enhance software delivery pipelines by automating and optimizing CI/CD processes
• Implement observability, logging, and incident response strategies
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Balance hands-on engineering with strategic planning aligned with company vision
