Senior MLOps Engineer (pharma)

Our client operates in the pharmaceutical industry, looking for a Senior ML Ops to work on enhancing and maintaining machine learning operations and infrastructure.

• 4+ years experience with Git, Linux fundamentals, and Bash scripting
• 4+ years experience in Python programming
• Strong experience with containerization concepts: Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong skills in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Argo CD)
• Strong experience in infrastructure automation with tools like Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with cloud-native Kubernetes services (Amazon EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• 1+ year experience in Machine Learning areas (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Modelling)
• 1+ year experience in productising Machine Learning solutions
• 1+ year experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Amazon SageMaker
• Good understanding of Data Science basics (train/test datasets, overfitting, classification, clustering)
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile practices
• Strong troubleshooting approach
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency at least at B2 level

• Design and implement Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines using tools like GitLab and Argo CD
• Automation of infrastructure using Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation
• Manage and operate cloud infrastructure and services on platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Work with cloud-native Kubernetes services including Amazon EKS, GKE, and AKS
• Utilize monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
• Collaborate with software development teams on a daily basis
• Troubleshoot issues effectively
