Wymagania
- Proficient coding skills in Python as primary language.
- Experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions, specifically with LangGraph and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database migrations, and API integrations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English at B2 level or higher.
- Commitment to writing solid, clean code and participating in code reviews.
- Ownership and mission-driven approach to impact user safety.
- Experience working with AI tools responsibly, maintaining critical thinking.
Obowiązki
- Architect and develop autonomous AI agents and intelligent assistants using Python, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
- Work with production-ready cloud environments (Azure, GCP), utilize PostgreSQL, and foundational LLM models.
- Ensure enterprise-grade reliability and observability of LLM applications using LangSmith.
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of the internal low-code development platform, enhancing security, auditing, and data access.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team using JVM/Kotlin, React, and TypeScript.
- Participate in code reviews, optimize systems, and engage in on-call rotations under a "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
