The company services large, demanding clients and is continuously developing. The position is within the IT infrastructure maintenance team supporting both internal environments and clients.
Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of computer network terminology and IT infrastructure
- Practical experience with LAN/WAN/VPN and TCP/IP protocol
- Experience working with network devices and security (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell Networking, HPE/Aruba, MikroTik)
- Basic knowledge of enterprise-class infrastructure: servers, arrays, and storage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server systems and basic knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience with virtualization environments (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, or Proxmox)
- Knowledge of backup solutions (e.g., Veeam Backup & Replication)
- Ability to work with ticketing systems
- Analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility
- Openness to teamwork and building relationships within the company
- Willingness to work on-site and travel for business purposes
- Driver's license category B
- Very good knowledge of Polish (C1) and English (minimum B1+)
Obowiązki
- Supporting users and handling service tickets
- Diagnosing and solving problems related to hardware, operating systems, network, and IT services
- Managing user accounts and permissions
- Maintaining and administrating IT environments for clients and the organization
- Supporting deployments and performing basic system and IT infrastructure administration tasks
- Creating and updating technical documentation and internal knowledge base
