Wymagania
- Approximately one year of practical experience building RPA solutions with Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Technical proficiency to independently handle development tasks from design to deployment.
- Strong understanding of business processes to convert them into effective automation workflows.
- Confident communication skills to explain technical topics clearly.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.

- Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas or supporting automation adoption.
Obowiązki
- Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Analyze business processes with teams to identify automation potential.
- Translate process descriptions into structured technical designs.
- Perform unit testing, resolve issues, and ensure reliable automation in production.
- Prepare and update documentation on logic, components, and configurations.
- Enhance performance, stability, and usability of existing automations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to users and stakeholders.
