The company operates primarily in Poland (Kraków, Rybnik) and Germany (Munich, Hamburg), with a specialist team supporting project development. creativestyle focuses on complex e-commerce solutions—platforms like Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopware, Shopify, integrated with ERP systems such as Comarch ERP, enova365, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 BC.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B IT services or e-commerce sales experience at agency or software house.
  • Proven track record closing contracts over 300,000 PLN.
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline from zero lead sources.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms: Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopware, Shopify including migrations and TCO understanding.
  • Familiarity with Polish ERP market (Comarch, enova365, SAP B1, Dynamics) and e-commerce integrations.
  • Proficiency in consultative and subscription contract sales processes.
  • Fluent Polish and English for daily communication with international teams.
  • Residing in or near Kraków with openness to travel within Poland.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with platforms and tools such as Magento, Shopware, Shopify, and Symfony.
  • Knowledge about sales and e-commerce business development in mid-market and enterprise sectors.
  • Use of commercial tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.

Obowiązki

  • Writing the Polish business development chapter end-to-end: strategy, sales pipeline growth, and contract finalization.
  • Developing cooperation with existing clients and creating success stories.
  • Nurturing relationships to open new business opportunities, including attending industry events and collaborating with ERP implementation experts and Adobe/Shopware partners.
  • Conducting conversations with company owners and management, including discovery workshops and solution co-creation, supported by architects and project teams.
  • Building creativestyle’s market presence and communication in Poland without a predefined scenario.
  • Maintaining CRM order to track pipeline progress and collaborating regularly with German management to report developments.
