Wymagania
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT audit, Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance
- Understanding of IT systems and technological processes beyond theoretical knowledge
- Ability to assess security from a business risk perspective
- Skilled in formulating clear conclusions and recommendations meaningful to the organization
- Experience working with audit reports and documentation
- Fluent communication in English at minimum B2 level in an international environment
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and organize work effectively
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Experience in global organizations or large IT environments
- Knowledge of regulations including NIS2, DORA, GDPR
- Additional cybersecurity certifications
Obowiązki
- Manage the complete lifecycle of internal audits (end-to-end)
- Plan and conduct global information security audits within Group companies
- Assess effectiveness of systems, processes, and safeguards protecting the organization
- Analyze compliance with key regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA
- Identify risks and translate them into concrete, actionable recommendations
- Present audit results to stakeholders ranging from operational teams to management
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and the real impact of changes
- Collaborate with international IT, Compliance, Security teams, and process owners
- Contribute to the development of audit approaches and information security on a global scale
