Project Manager

GS Services is the recruiting company for the offered position. The role involves managing projects end-to-end in software, product, and digital transformation areas.

• Minimum 5 years of practical project management experience across the full project lifecycle including software, products, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards; actual achievements valued over certifications.
• Strong delivery orientation with motivation to overcome obstacles and cross the finish line.
• High self-motivation and autonomy; initiative taker who fills gaps without waiting for instructions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including upward, downward, and cross-functional communication.
• Solid understanding of traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Agile) delivery methods; ability to choose and adapt methods to optimize speed and quality.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, MS Projects, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to transform data and feedback into practical decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments, comfortable with high uncertainty, resource constraints, fast-changing priorities, and multiple roles.
• Experience in product-oriented organizations or dynamic technology/SaaS environments.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (valued but secondary to demonstrable results).

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, closure, and handover.
• Develop realistic and ambitious project plans, roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, followed by effective execution.
• Lead projects with strong focus on action and results; proactively identify and remove obstacles early.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams including internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, developers, and designers without formal authority when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, provide transparent status updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues decisively when needed.
• Monitor progress using appropriate tools and metrics; detect deviations early and adjust to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure delivered outcomes meet or exceed quality, performance, and business value expectations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working based on retrospectives and lessons learned.
• Manage uncertainty and rapidly changing priorities while keeping the team focused on key outcomes.
