Power Platform Developer

Globalworth is a leading player in the real estate sector focusing on Poland and Romania, two major markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The company acquires, develops, and manages assets with an emphasis on office properties and aims to be the preferred owner for a broad and growing community of tenants representing international organizations operating in the CEE region. • Proven experience in independently building Power Apps applications (Canvas and Model-driven) and designing automations in Power Automate
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform including environment management, solutions, versioning, and deployments
• Ability to analyze, take over, and develop existing solutions
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling), Power Query, and advanced MS Excel
• Experience working with Dataverse and SharePoint
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and cooperate effectively with business users
• Independence in task execution and responsibility for solution quality
• Experience collaborating with business users and non-technical stakeholders
• Skill in prioritizing and recommending solutions considering business needs and long-term application maintenance
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level enabling effective communication and technical documentation work

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform governance (Center of Excellence / CoE, DLP policies, environment strategies)
• Experience with AI integrations / language models and AI-assisted automation
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems (REST API, custom connectors, ERP/financial systems, Microsoft 365 / Azure)
• Knowledge of SQL and basics of DevOps/version control (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in commercial real estate or finance sectors

• Designing, developing, and implementing business applications within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven)
• Creating and developing process automations using Power Automate and Power Query
• Developing and maintaining reports and data models in Power BI
• Taking over, analyzing, and developing existing Power Platform solutions with focus on quality, security, and scalability
• Collaborating with business users to analyze needs and translate them into technological solutions
• Participating in solution architecture design and ensuring good ALM practices, environment management, and deployments
• Creating technical documentation and supporting production application maintenance
• Integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and other organizational systems
• Ensuring security and compliance by managing access, permissions, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies
