(AI) Software Engineer 3.0

The team has backgrounds from McKinsey, Google, PwC, Capgemini, and Kraken, operating remote-first and building AI systems supporting asset management worth over 200 billion USD. They work in a consulting model with senior+ level professionals.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a full-stack engineer or software developer.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production solutions in AWS (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and work between technology and business.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases, developing integrations via REST API and MCP.
• Skilled in using modern AI tools like Claude to support development.
• Fluent in English (C1) with understanding of corporate US client communication nuances.
• Communicative in Polish (C1) as internal communication is in Polish.

• Convert prototypes and drafts into production systems that are safe and maintainable, working directly with stakeholders.
• Develop solutions based on the evolving toolset the company co-creates.
• Support growing ecosystems of tools built by client business teams with AI technologies like Claude.
• Work with technologies including Claude, MCP, Python, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, SQL, and REST API.
