Senior Product Manager - Flight Data Systems

AirHelp is a global travel tech company that has processed millions of flight disruption claims and built one of the most accurate flight datasets in the travel industry, including real-time flight status, schedule and route intelligence, historical delay and cancellation statistics, and proprietary disruption prediction signals. The company offers a platform of travel protection and convenience products and is scaling its Flight Data Services product into a new revenue line.

• 5+ years owning a B2B data or API product with a commercial licensing model, ideally in travel, aviation, logistics, or a data-intensive vertical.
• Understanding of data product defensibility: coverage, freshness, schema reliability, SLAs, and developer experience.
• Experience working closely with a B2B Sales team as a product expert.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into partner value and feedback into product roadmap.
• Data-driven product management skills with success metrics definition and partner analytics usage.
• Familiarity with how OTAs, TMCs, and airlines evaluate and integrate third-party data products.
• Advantageous knowledge of flight data standards (OAG, FlightStats, IATA) or disruption regulation (EU261, DOT).

Product Roadmap & Evolution:

• Own the roadmap across real-time flight status APIs, schedule and route feeds, historical delay statistics, and disruption prediction signals prioritized by partner demand and revenue impact.
• Validate partner needs through Sales conversations, direct partner engagement, and API usage data, translating them into a build plan.
• Improve data quality, API reliability, and developer experience.

Sales Enablement & Partner Engagement:

• Serve as product authority for Sales, providing positioning, competitive intelligence, integration guides, and demo assets.
• Engage directly with strategic partners at technical and commercial levels.

Packaging & Commercial Model:

• Design and iterate on product packaging such as data tiers and API access models.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner base.

Performance & Insight:

• Define and track KPIs like active integrations, API usage growth, pilot-to-commercial conversion, and revenue per partner.
• Build reporting infrastructure for product health and prioritization at leadership level.
