IT Administrator

Centra operates an API-first, headless SaaS ecommerce platform supporting over 300 fashion and lifestyle brands globally, including COS, ARKET, and Paul Smith. The platform operates in 20+ markets and is backed by investment from the H&M Group. The company has offices in Wrocław, Stockholm, and London.

• Experience providing high-quality IT support in a growing organization with structured problem-solving and sense of ownership
• Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager) and administration of Google Workspace
• Familiarity with IT tools such as Slack, Jira, and Mobile Device Management solutions (e.g., Iru)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and clear documentation
• Experience with ISO 27001, endpoint security, or IT asset management is a plus
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Interest in new technologies including AI and understanding of security and organizational risk is desirable

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across Wrocław, Stockholm, and London offices, ensuring efficient request resolution and strong internal customer experience
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, managing equipment, accounts, and access rights
• Manage and maintain Apple device ecosystem including MacBooks, iPhones, Apple Business Manager, endpoint protection, and Mobile Device Management
• Administer core internal platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Own IT asset lifecycle management through accurate inventories and hardware records
• Create, improve, and maintain IT documentation to support scalable processes
• Support internal and external ISO 27001 audits by ensuring IT process compliance
