Analityk Biznesowo-Systemowy (m/k/os.)

Asseco Poland S.A. operates one of the largest and most strategic IT systems in Poland, supporting the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych). The role is part of the social insurance division, focused on maintaining and developing systems critical for public administration with significant impact on millions of users nationwide.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business and system requirements
• Practical knowledge of UML (use case diagrams, data models)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of software development and testing processes
• Experience cooperating with development and testing teams
• Ability to prepare analytical documentation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills and teamwork ability
• English language proficiency for working with technical documentation
• Higher education in IT or a related field

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of BPMN process modeling
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect tool
• Ability to read C++/Java code
• Knowledge of Cosmic or other software complexity measurement methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Analyze and collect business and system requirements
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams on designing and implementing solutions
• Prepare analytical documentation and functional specifications
• Model processes and solutions using UML
• Analyze the impact of changes on existing systems
• Define acceptance criteria and support the testing process
• Participate in Scrum teams delivering large IT projects
• Diagnose and analyze service requests and system errors
