• Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and maintaining enterprise-class applications.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Java 21 and modern backend application development.
• Experience with Angular, Node.js, Apache Maven, and relational databases.
• Experience designing and developing REST API and applications based on microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in writing high-quality code, unit tests, and maintaining coding standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in designing IT solutions and building complex enterprise-class systems.
• Ability to perform code reviews, support team growth, and share knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under time pressure.
• Effective collaboration with business stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking sector, particularly Credit Risk, Lending, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with cloud solutions and application modernization projects.
• Involvement in solution architecture design and collaboration with external vendors.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial sector.

• Serve as the Technical Lead and technical owner of applications in the Credit Risk domain to ensure stability, security, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 21, Angular, and microservices architecture.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, provide L3 production support, and collaborate with IT and business teams.
• Design and implement new features, integrations, and adaptations driven by business needs, regulations, and compliance processes.
• Maintain code quality by performing code reviews, applying good design practices, developing tests, and supporting security and application maintenance standards.
• Support the team through knowledge sharing, mentoring, architectural decision-making, and initiating improvements in automation, performance, and system reliability.
