Modern Workplace (M365) Architect

Bank Millennium is a financial institution offering employment on the basis of an employment contract with opportunities to work remotely or in a hybrid model.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrator or 3 years as an architect working with the Microsoft 365 platform: Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI solutions
• Experience in large-scale M365 system implementations or migrations (>1000 users)
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt in changing environments, and quickly learn
• Teamwork skills and communication with users at various organizational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to share knowledge with others

Nice to have:

• Broad knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
• Experience with VDI technologies (Citrix, AVD) or similar
• Microsoft Certified Solution Expert certifications
• Experience working with Copilot and other AI tools enhancing work efficiency
• Knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and IT security
• Experience working in the financial sector or regulated industries with strong emphasis on security and stability of IT systems and processes

• Designing, planning, testing, and deploying solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, Intune, AD/EntraID
• Actively proposing Modern Workspace solutions supporting employee mobility, task automation, collaboration, and communication
• Ensuring infrastructure compliance with best practices, including permissions management, analysis, and audits
• Monitoring and optimizing existing solutions for performance and security
• Providing third-line support for lower IT support levels
• Creating solution architecture with planned availability and Disaster Recovery environments
• Collaborating closely with development and operations teams
• Conducting trainings and workshops for various organizational teams
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) to enhance user productivity and automate business processes
• Identifying and implementing AI (GenAI) use cases in Modern Workplace, including automation in M365, data analysis, and decision support
• Cooperating with security and compliance teams for AI deployment in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, data governance, data protection)
