CI/CD Engineer (Defense Systems / Air-Gapped)

RADMOR S.A. is part of the largest private defense group in Poland operating in the MilTech / Defense industry, working with classified data and air-gapped secured environments at their facility in Gdynia.

• Practical, deep experience building pipelines in Jenkins.
• Automation scripting skills with Python or Bash.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and practical experience with container technologies (Docker, LXC).
• Fluent knowledge of Git version control system.
• Higher technical education (preferred fields: computer science, telecommunications, electronics).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for technical documentation comprehension.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of networking.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Proxmox VE.
• Interest in using AI tools for process automation.

• Designing, building, and developing Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Writing automation scripts using Python and Bash and leveraging Ansible for software build process automation.
• Creating and maintaining isolated development and testing environments using containerization (Docker, LXC) and virtualization (Proxmox).
• Collaborating closely with multiple development teams as an internal CI/CD expert.
• Managing legacy systems alongside modern standards, including Git, Artifactory, Conan, SVN, and Apache Ivy.
