• Experience as a specialist in ICT risk and cyber security or auditing such risks, particularly in ICT risk management, system/infrastructure administration, or cyber security.
• Knowledge and experience with supervisory regulations (national and European) related to ICT risk and corporate governance in banks.
• Strong organization skills, attention to quality, timeliness, and confidentiality, and ease of working with management and bank authorities.
• Proficient data analysis and clear communication of conclusions;
• Proficient use of office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouses is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, stress resistance, readiness to work under time pressure, and initiative in competence development and knowledge deepening.

Nice to have:

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or other related certifications or knowledge.

• Preparing and conducting audits in IT and cyber security environments, including developing audit scope and programs, formulating, agreeing, and reporting recommendations, and in the future leading audits and audit teams.
• Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of ICT risk management systems and control mechanisms in audited areas.
• Developing methods and tools for internal audits.
• Documenting audit work, analyzing results, formulating conclusions, and monitoring the implementation of post-audit recommendations.
