Magento Frontend Developer (Hyvä Theme)

Fabrity Commerce is a software house specializing in eCommerce since 2013, serving clients from the USA and the EU. The company has completed over 100 projects and cooperates long-term with 80 satisfied clients. The current project involves collaboration with a Swiss organization developing innovative standards and tools for the construction industry, including cost estimation and full investment lifecycle project management.

• 3-5 years of commercial experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Magento 2 and practical experience with Hyvä Theme.
• Strong frontend skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with modern tools: Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js.
• Ability to work effectively with design systems and extend them.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., Bitbucket pipelines).
• Basic knowledge of web accessibility standards (Accessibility / WCAG).
• Communicative English (minimum B2 level) for daily client interaction.
• High degree of independence and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern JS stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of frontend performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of PHP to facilitate backend collaboration.

• Design and implement frontend layer during migration from custom system to Magento 2 (Greenfield project).
• Develop and code assigned tasks ensuring code cleanliness and performance.
• Independently analyze and estimate tasks.
• Propose technical, user flow, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with tech leads, backend developers, QA team, and present solutions directly to the client in English.
• Ensure quality by manual and automated testing of own code.
