OT Security Architecture Consultant

Industry: pharmaceutical

• Strong practical experience in OT / ICS security architecture.
• Proven knowledge of IEC 62443 standards (especially 2-1, 3-2, and 3-3).
• Experience in industrial environments, such as manufacturing or laboratories.
• Understanding of network segmentation, zones, and conduits.
• Experience with OT applications in Cloud environments.
• Ability to define practical and implementable security controls.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, security).

Nice to have:

• 8+ years of experience in cyber security, with a significant OT focus.
• Background as an OT Security Architect or Industrial Cyber Security Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with ICS technologies (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, DCS).
• Experience in implementing or designing IEC 62443-aligned security solutions.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to work independently.
• Experience in translating standards into practical engineering requirements.

• Define and refine OT security controls aligned to IEC 62443-3-3 foundational requirements.
• Develop a reusable OT security baseline aligned to defined security profiles and applicable IEC 62443 principles.
• Produce site-specific security profiles for varied OT environments, differentiating between critical and non-critical sites.
• Ensure alignment with industrial network segmentation principles and zone models.
• Identify gaps in existing controls and define necessary new requirements.
• Provide advisory support on OT security design and implementation approaches.
