Senior Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
• Experience managing IT/data projects in complex environments
• Ability to manage teams, priorities, and resource allocation
• Experience working with requirements alongside analysts, architects, and developers
• Very good knowledge of Jira (dashboard creation, reporting)
• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project
• Experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies
• Reporting skills at multiple organizational levels
• High communication and organizational competencies
• English language proficiency minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking sector
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, and DevOps
• Experience in technical projects (Data Lake/data integrations)
• Experience in Data Governance and data product development
• Experience in Data Quality
• Experience with financial data (e.g., SAP, ledgers)

• Support business in defining project objectives and scope
• Coordinate requirements analysis and assess feasibility (business and technical)
• Plan projects, schedules, and milestones
• Manage risks, changes, and inter-team dependencies
• Coordinate work of analytical, architectural, and development teams
• Organize workshops, status updates, and project reviews
• Ensure information flow between stakeholders
• Report progress from team level to management
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers
• Maintain quality of delivered solutions
• Support Agile work model and remove impediments
