Test Specialist (Sharepoint) (m/f/n)

The project involves joining a Digital Services team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of business-critical applications before launch for an EU institution in Warsaw. The work focuses on testing SharePoint-based applications and requires close collaboration with project managers, developers, architects, and support teams.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project experience
• Higher degree diploma (bachelor or engineer)
• English B2 level
• Expert in testing types including unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing
• ISTQB advanced certification or equivalent, or 3 years of test management experience beyond minimum
• Expert in designing test environments
• Hands-on experience testing complex systems and SharePoint-based applications
• Experience setting up test management tools (specifically Azure Devops Test Plans)
• Experience providing test documentation
• Experience leading testing in complex projects
• Practical knowledge of testing tools
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, quick learner
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries

• Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities
• Develops test plan, test cases, and designs testing environment
• Implements, executes, and debugs application test cases and scripts
• Validates and documents completion of testing and development
• Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues
• Analyses functional and technical system design for testability
• Contributes to quality assurance in the project
• Documents tests and tracks defects
• Monitors test results, analyses quality of the system, and reports on status and trends
• Cooperates with analysis, architects, Software Development and service desk teams

The candidate must be an EU citizen and must be working from Poland.
