Geospatial Intelligence Analyst (m/f/n)

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are seeking an experienced Geospatial Intelligence Analyst to support a long‑term project for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT (excluding academic studies)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Master's degree required
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level with a required language certificate
• Expertise in designing and producing digital maps with geographic data
• Expertise in geo-data management
• Experience analyzing spatial data to discover patterns and trends
• Producing maps showing spatial distribution from various information sources
• Designing, creating, and maintaining geoprocessing tools
• Working knowledge of GIS software and analysis tools including ESRI’s ArcGIS platform
• Working knowledge in operational GEOINT exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles
• Working knowledge in GEOINT collection and methodologies of Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) or Advanced GEOINT (AGI)

• Analyzing Geographic data from several sources to gather and analyze spatial data for maps and reports informing strategic planning
• Supporting decision-making by providing insights based on geospatial analysis for border management
• Maintaining databases of geographic information ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Developing Intelligence Products such as maps, charts, and graphs to communicate complex geospatial information
• Collaborating with analysts, field operators, and policy makers to integrate geospatial intelligence into plans and operations
• Staying updated with the latest developments in GIS technology and geospatial analysis techniques
