Senior Business Analyst

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise workflow or data-capture platforms.
• Strong requirements engineering skills including user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling (e.g. BPMN), and backlog management.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Hands-on Agile experience with two-week sprint cycles.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and quality.
• Work authorization from the European Union region.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Health & Safety, compliance, audit, or inspection-related projects.
• Familiarity with questionnaire or survey platforms and version-controlled templates.
• Understanding of AI/LLM use cases like response classification or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and governance.

• Facilitate Discovery workshops, including process mapping and ecosystem assessment in Health & Safety.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements separating business needs from solution design.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritize MVP based on business value.
• Map business processes, organizational structures, stakeholders, responsibilities, and dependencies across countries and regions.
• Maintain prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Synthesize research findings into MVP scope recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring requirements traceability.
• Participate in recruitment process: CV review, HR call, technical interview, client interview, decision.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
