Business Analyst/Test Lead with Spanish

The company partners with core system providers like Guidewire and Salesforce, data solution providers such as Snowflake and Databricks, major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), and process automation platforms like Appian and Camunda.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation software testing including test case design, preparation, execution, and documentation.
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields.
• Proficient in English and Spanish languages with confidence in collaborating with native speakers (C1 level or higher).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.
• Eligible to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Team leadership skills and management experience.
• Additional language skills.
• Willingness to work with clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of work time while having the main office in Poland.

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements and defined test strategies.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UATs.
• Communicate with the client's QA department in Spanish.
• Perform varied tasks in various roles within an international environment.
• Act as an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership of assigned topics.

To be able to work full-time in Poland and the European Union. 50% travel to clients abroad possible.
