Technical Project Manager - Core Infrastructure

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
• 1+ year experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar Software Engineer role.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in engineering, infrastructure, security, developer experience, and networking in fintech.
• Data-driven mindset for process and system effectiveness measurement.
• Ability to leverage artificial intelligence technologies to generate scripts and automate workflows.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery), Slack workflows, and other project management tools.
• Proficient in Agile and waterfall methodologies with contextual application.
• Excellent communication skills for synthesizing complex ideas into clear plans.
• Self-starter with track record of driving initiatives independently.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to experiment and iterate.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic industry.
• Strong discretion and data sensitivity in security and compliance domains.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in cryptocurrency or fintech.

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects within engineering, security, compliance, facility, and datacenter operations.
• Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams around strategic priorities and outcomes.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, and unblock teams through creative problem-solving.
• Facilitate meetings, retrospectives, planning sessions, and lead planning for big initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project health via metrics and dashboards.
• Manage intake workflows including feature requests, support channels, and KTLO.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers on requirements and timelines.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical audiences including executives.
• Work with external vendors to ensure compliance and technical standards.
• Improve internal workflows through enhanced Atlassian workflows, artificial intelligence, automation, self-service, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable process changes.
• Share project management best practices to cultivate a high-performing team environment.
