Senior Business Analyst (z językiem niemieckim)

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Confidently leading workshops and conversations with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Ability to build partnership relationships with business and effectively represent the product team
• Experience in business process modeling and preparing analytical documentation
• Knowledge of techniques for gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into specific solutions
• Understanding of software development processes and effective collaboration with development teams
• Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions
• Knowledge of good testing and change implementation practices

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience in projects with high organizational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in an international environment

• Supporting the entire product lifecycle as a member of an interdisciplinary product team
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner on product vision, roadmap planning, and backlog management
• Leading workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify real business needs and recommend optimal solutions
• Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements through process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specifications
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes considering business value and implementation costs
• Collaborating with development teams, QA, and other product team members throughout delivery
• Analyzing business data and supporting decision-making based on data
• Supporting testing by defining scenarios and ensuring quality of delivered solutions
• Planning deployments, preparing pilot and rollout strategies, and supporting users during new feature launch
• Analyzing complex issues in third-line support and identifying root causes
• Maintaining and documenting existing applications

Work location: remote with occasional visits to Zielona Góra and business trips to clients in Germany. Cooperation form: B2B.
