Wymagania
- Commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules
- Experience in end-to-end business process analysis
- Experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN or similar methodologies
- Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
- Fluent German (must-have)
- Availability to start ASAP
Nice to have:
- Good command of English
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, or Asset Management
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Obowiązki
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions
- Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications
- Customize forms, Business Rules, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and security roles
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations if applicable
- Contribute to business process areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Asset Management where relevant
