Senior Software Engineer (Python) - Operations Automation

• Primary coding expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions, specifically using LangGraph and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database migrations and API-based integrations.
• Open to expanding skills in JVM languages (Java, Kotlin) and frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
• Strong sense of ownership and mission to impact user safety.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English (B2 level or higher).
• Use of AI tools for productivity while maintaining critical thinking about code suggestions.

• Architect and develop autonomous AI agents and intelligent assistants using Python, LangGraph, and advanced RAG architectures to automate workflows and optimize information retrieval.
• Work with production-ready cloud environments (Azure, GCP), leveraging PostgreSQL and foundational large language models.
• Ensure enterprise-grade reliability and observability of LLM applications using LangSmith.
• Contribute to evolving the internal low-code development platform by removing bottlenecks related to security, auditing, and data access.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team using JVM languages (Java, Kotlin) and frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
• Actively optimize systems, perform code reviews, and participate in on-call rotations under a "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
