Senior Prompt Designer

BOLD PL is a company that develops consumer-facing career tools powered by generative AI, focusing on prompt design and large language model architectures.

• 5+ years of professional experience with language technologies, computational linguistics, or software product development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping LLM-backed features to production.
• Mastery of advanced prompt engineering techniques including few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct, and prompt chaining.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation tools and frameworks such as RAGAS, LangSmith, TruLens.
• Proven ability to manage complex prompt deployment pipelines in CI environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with resume builder, HR tech, or career content platforms.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, RLHF, or preference data workflows.
• Experience with structured output validation like JSON Schema or Pydantic.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, PromptLayer.
• Contributions to open-source prompt design projects or published writings on the topic.

• Design, prototype, and iterate complex system prompts, few-shot exemplars, and chain-of-thought structures for AI experiences like Resume Adaptation and Real-time Feedback.
• Collaborate with LLM/Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to translate product requirements into prompt specifications optimized for latency and cost.
• Architect evaluation frameworks to benchmark and guardrail LLM outputs against hallucination, bias, and tone drift.
• Develop standardized prompt frameworks, version-control workflows, and operational playbooks for safe AI usage.
• Monitor advancements in GenAI landscape including OSS models, new architectures, and prompt techniques to improve performance and throughput.
