Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Strong product craft and UX judgment with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
• Deep user empathy and a consistent problem-solving approach starting from user needs and outcomes.
• Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows including onboarding, task completion, and self-service.
• Skilled in designing and executing A/B tests, interpreting results, and turning insights into impact.
• Data-driven decision-making skills including defining metrics and building dashboards.
• Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows, considering quality, risk, and user trust tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams and stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ownership mindset with bias for action, comfortable operating with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.

• Own and improve core agreement execution flows ensuring they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
• Deeply understand user pain points through research, support insights, and behavioral data, translating them into problem statements and priorities.
• Simplify complicated tasks into guided experiences using UX, product design patterns, and smart defaults.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to reduce friction and improve user confidence, defining guardrails and fallback behavior.
• Build product guidance that helps users make correct decisions in compliance-sensitive contexts.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through A/B testing, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and making decisions based on results.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing to deliver features and ensure strong adoption.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and build learning loops to continuously improve the product.
