• Experience with Java (min. version 9, preferably 17) and Spring/J2EE
• Knowledge of SQL/PL/SQL and microservice architecture
• Understanding of UML, design patterns, and software architecture best practices
• Proficient in Git, code documentation, and software development/testing methodologies
• English and Polish (B2) proficiency

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business applications and application architecture
• Design and propose technical and architectural solutions within an Agile team
• Support system, integration, stabilization, and maintenance activities
• Ensure software quality, compliance with standards, and participate in testing
• Contribute to release planning, effort estimation, and application environment management
