Business Analyst [K/M]

• Minimum 8 years commercial experience in IT, including 5 years in a similar role.
• Higher education degree (at least Bachelor's) in IT or related field.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN notation.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Knowledge of analysis/modeling notations such as UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model, etc.).
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others.
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in projects focused on value stream mapping, process improvement, or redesign.
• Expertise in organizing and managing workshops.
• Experience and knowledge in conducting structured/unstructured interviews, including questionnaire design.
• Possession of at least two certifications: Certified UML Professional (or equivalent) and BPM 2 (or equivalent).

• Analyze business needs and user requirements.
• Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements and software development.
• Analyze existing solutions and tools at Frontex and in the market to ensure interoperability and compliance.
• Present findings and recommendations in management and technical forums.
• Manage requirements continuously, support validation, verification, testing, user instructions, and training.
• Coordinate analytical and testing activities related to operational reporting digitalization.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and change management for reporting processes.
• Document analytical findings.
• Provide business analysis services for digitalizing operational reporting processes.
• Define related business goals and translate them into project objectives.
• Extract, document, and prioritize general and detailed business and system requirements for specific solutions linked to projects or project initiation activities.
• Model and document business architecture, including value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
