Wymagania
- Strong expertise in backend engineering with Kotlin and Java on JVM.
- Proven experience with distributed systems, Kafka, queuing systems, and PostgreSQL.
- Versatility and openness to diverse environments including occasional collaboration on frontend (React/TypeScript) and AI-powered services (Python).
- High responsibility awareness for business-critical internal tools ensuring stability and security.
- Proactive feedback orientation and ability to deliver continuous impact.
- Forward-thinking and innovative mindset exploring AI Agents and LLM integrations.
- Pragmatic, problem-solving attitude focused on automation over manual tasks.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
Obowiązki
- Architect, develop, and scale core platform services, messaging components, and internal development tools using primarily Kotlin/Java, Spring, Kafka, queuing systems, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure/GCP Cloud, Kubernetes/Docker.
- Actively monitor and optimize platform systems for maximum stability and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Provide robust technical foundations and abstractions to enable other teams to build and deploy internal tools securely and efficiently.
- Lead software development initiatives, supervise and mentor team members, and document software.
- Collaborate with internal users to analyze needs and deliver features that reduce repetitive manual tasks and accelerate development company-wide.

- Salary range PLN 18,850 - 25,900 gross per month depending on skill set plus annual performance bonus.
