DevOps Engineer (Linux & Oracle)

Aspire Systems Poland is involved in a major Corporate Banking Transformation program supporting lending, payments, and company credit for large and medium-sized enterprises. The program processes approximately €300 billion daily and consists of around 30 squads, including a platform team responsible for 15 environments (development, test, production).

• Experience with Oracle Linux operating system.
• Proficient in Oracle Database 19c.
• Skilled with WebLogic, Oracle HTTP Server, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions: Oracle Access Manager, Oracle WebGate.
• Capable of working collaboratively with strong teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Open to new ideas, adaptable to changing requirements.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, continuous learning work environment.

• Participate in the implementation of two new systems using the latest Oracle technologies.
• Work in a collaborative, self-organized DevOps platform team managing 7 development, 7 test, and 1 production environment.
• Support the hybrid on-site/nearshore model including occasional travel to the office every 6 to 12 weeks.
• Participate in scheduled on-call and weekend shifts to manage system releases and address issues.
