We’re Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform that powers donations for nonprofits worldwide including UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association. Our platform features a modern checkout experience, customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps. We serve nonprofit organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe through a large and complex product ecosystem. Our distributed product team consists of over 160 professionals located mainly in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Wymagania
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environments
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end with responsibility for outcomes
- Strong delivery record shipping complex features under pressure without sacrificing quality
- Ability to write precise specifications engineers can build from, covering edge cases and acceptance criteria
- Data fluency to define metrics, interpret results, and drive evidence-based decisions
- Systems thinking to understand product dependencies and anticipate decision impacts
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team environment
- Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shifting priorities
Nice to have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms involving API/integration complexity
- Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domains
Obowiązki
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the assigned domain with clear priorities
- Deliver end-to-end from discovery through launch and post-launch validation
- Write detailed specifications with comprehensive requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Align stakeholders including Engineering, GTM, Support, and leadership
- Monitor domain health through product metrics, reliability signals, and balance feature development with technical sustainability
- Define and own quarterly goals and success metrics
- Conduct structured discovery including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel review, and data exploration
- Partner with PM Growth on experiment design and rapid delivery
- Collaborate with GTM (Sales, CSM, PMM) to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable improvements
- Track product health with clear attribution and causal reasoning
- Use AI tools across research, analysis, specification writing, and communication
