Product Owner / Business Analyst

You will join the team responsible for the development of Teta Unit4, one of the leading ERP/HR solutions on the Polish market.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean.
• Experience managing a product backlog and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good knowledge of Polish labor law, particularly the Polish Labour Code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on delivering business value.
• English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR, Payroll, or ERP systems, particularly Unit4 Teta.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture.
• Experience analyzing legislative changes and translating them into system requirements.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).

• Analyze business needs and end-user requirements within the areas of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Human Resources Management.
• Gather, document, and refine functional requirements for the development team.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and making functional decisions.
• Monitor and analyze changes in labor law, social security (ZUS), tax regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the functionality of the Teta system.
• Participate in feature acceptance and verify compliance with business requirements and applicable legal regulations.
• Collaborate with Unit4 business teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize product initiatives.
