Wymagania
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
- Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation.
- Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
AI-First Automation Experience:
- Experience using AI for workflow architecture, CRM optimization, funnel planning, technical troubleshooting, QA, documentation, reporting, customer journey optimization, prompt engineering, and process improvement.
- Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GoHighLevel Agency, WordPress, API integrations, Webhooks, n8n, Make, Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, LC Phone, Membership platforms, AI Agents, SaaS, HealthTech, and Education platforms.
Obowiązki
GoHighLevel Development:
- Design and build sales funnels, websites, landing pages, CRM pipelines, opportunity management, calendars, forms, surveys, membership areas, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, workflow automations, and AI-powered customer journeys.
CRM & Customer Journey Optimization:
- Improve customer lifecycle automation, lead routing, sales pipelines, customer communication, conversion rates, and reduce manual work.
AI-First Automation:
- Leverage AI for workflow design, automation planning, documentation, QA, testing, troubleshooting, customer journey mapping, reporting, process optimization, and knowledge management.
Platform Optimization:
- Improve account structure, optimize workflows, improve page speed, strengthen automation reliability, reduce technical debt, and improve scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, sales, operations, customer success, product, designers, AI engineers, and executive leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
- Improve CRM architecture, increase automation maturity, reduce operational complexity, improve reporting, strengthen documentation, and continuously improve workflows.
