• 7+ years experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
• Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using AI for SOP creation, process mapping, documentation, reporting, meeting management, workflow optimization, knowledge management, business analysis, KPI reporting, and operational planning.
• Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Business Operations, HealthTech, Education technology, SaaS, Automation, No-code platforms, Digital transformation, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Business Intelligence, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, ISO-style process management.

• Leverage AI to improve documentation, meeting management, workflow design, knowledge management, reporting, process mapping, decision support, operational analytics, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, HR, Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Engineering, Automation, Finance to ensure operational excellence.

Performance Management:
