Wymagania

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft).
  • Experience building advanced marketing automation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience creating email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automation sequences.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capability and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

AI-First Automation Experience:

  • Experience using AI for campaign planning, workflow architecture, documentation, QA, reporting, customer segmentation, marketing optimization, technical troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and workflow improvement.
  • Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Thryv, WordPress, API integrations, Webhooks, Zapier, n8n, Stripe, CRM migration, AI Agents, SaaS, HealthTech, and education platforms is highly regarded.

Keap Development:

  • Design and build marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, email sequences, opportunity pipelines, lead nurturing systems, customer onboarding, forms, landing pages, CRM automations, internal notifications, customer segmentation, and reporting dashboards.

CRM & Marketing Automation:

  • Improve lead management, campaign performance, customer engagement, lifecycle automation, reduce manual work, and support business growth.

AI-First Automation:

  • Use AI to enhance workflow architecture, campaign planning, documentation, QA, testing, troubleshooting, customer journey mapping, reporting, process optimization, and knowledge management.

Platform Optimization:

  • Improve CRM architecture, maintain campaign quality, optimize automation performance, improve reporting accuracy, reduce technical debt, and strengthen platform scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Executive Leadership, Automation Specialists, and Designers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Increase CRM performance, automation maturity, strengthen customer journeys, improve documentation, reduce operational complexity, and continuously improve campaigns and workflows.
