AI Business Automation Specialist | Operational Automations

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations.
• Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using AI for workflow design, process mapping, documentation, code generation, QA, testing, debugging, technical research, knowledge management, and operational optimization.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, modern AI productivity platforms, and platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Airtable, OpenAI APIs, and REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI Agents, CRM automation, marketing automation, recruitment automation, sales automation, HR systems, workflow orchestration, business intelligence, API integrations, JSON, webhooks.
• Knowledge of HealthTech, Education technology, SaaS environments.

Business Automation:

• Design and build automations across CRM workflows, lead management, sales pipelines, HR and recruitment, marketing automation, customer onboarding, internal approvals, reporting, notifications, and operational workflows.

AI-First Automation:

• Leverage AI to improve workflow design, process mapping, documentation, AI agents, knowledge management, decision support, QA, workflow optimization, reporting, and business intelligence.

No-Code Development:

• Build using modern no-code and low-code platforms ensuring scalability, maintainability, and exceptional documentation.

Systems Improvement:

• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, design scalable operational systems, reduce manual work, and improve customer and employee experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, AI Engineering, and Leadership to build intelligent systems.

Quality Assurance:

• Test, document, monitor, and continuously improve automations prior to deployment ensuring quality and reducing operational risk.

This is a fully remote position open to independent contractors. English language proficiency is required. The role expects work authorization and the ability to work independently remotely.
