Principal Product Designer | UX/UI & AI Experience Design

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong experience designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications.
• Expertise using Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
• Experience using AI for UX research, persona development, journey mapping, interface generation, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility reviews, design QA, product documentation, and customer insight analysis.
• Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI design platforms is expected.

• Experience with AI products, HealthTech, Education technology, mobile applications, FlutterFlow, design systems, SaaS platforms, product strategy, product analytics, customer research, behavioral psychology, human-centered design, and enterprise software.

AI-First Product Design:

• Leverage AI to improve UX research, ideation, wireframing, content generation, interface exploration, accessibility reviews, testing, documentation, design systems, and workflow optimization.

Collaboration:

• Partner with Product Managers, AI Engineers, FlutterFlow Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
