• Native or fluent German language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport or right to work documentation within the European Union.
• Experience or strong foundational knowledge in digital marketing, online advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic display), or ad technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude and ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage due to international team collaboration.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking clients and partners within the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Analyse clients' digital ad campaign performance data and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to digital advertising platforms and tracking systems.
• Onboard new German-speaking advertisers and agencies with product training.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and account management teams to relay client feedback.
• Monitor industry trends and provide up-to-date strategic advice.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports and strategic roadmaps for key accounts.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the client portfolio.
