Bid Manager

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project or offer process management (bid management).
• Experience gained in the public sector or consulting firm in an international and multicultural environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating or preparing public procurement offers.
• Knowledge of public sector functioning and public procurement processes, preferably related to the European Union.
• Possession of at least one certification: Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
• Very good knowledge of the English language at a minimum B2+/C1 level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and project management software.
• Higher education, preferably in business, technology, sciences, law, political science, or management.

• Act as the main contact point for entrusted tender proceedings and coordinate the offer process from qualification to submission.
• Analyze tender documentation to develop the offer structure and action plan.
• Set internal deadlines, monitor progress, and support teams preparing the offer.
• Verify formal, quality, and compliance requirements as a public procurement specialist.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and conduct final offer verification.
• Search and collect standard offer materials and company/service information.
• Prepare documents confirming technical, financial, and professional capacity, including project references and expert CVs.
• Complete administrative and legal tender documentation and perform administrative tasks.
• Support identification and involvement of internal and external experts.
• Liaise with clients for tender clarifications and cooperate with consortium partners.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and internal standards and cooperate with the legal department on contracts.
