Senior Business Analyst – Financial Accounting

B2B.NET S.A. is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives within the Financial Accounting domain. The role involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, identify improvements, facilitate workshops, and implement enhancements in complex enterprise environments.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
• Experience working in large, complex organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and IT teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Ability to perform data-driven analysis and translate findings into business improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English

• Experience in Financial Accounting
• Experience with Traded Financial Instruments
• Experience in the Liquidity domain
• Experience within banking or financial services
