IT Project Manager (AI Projects)

NAOKO is a Polish premium fashion brand in e-commerce undergoing an intensive AI transformation. The company implements automation, recommendation systems, AI agents, e-commerce integrations, and new operational processes with an ambitious roadmap and a technical team, seeking someone to manage these projects from a management perspective.

• Scrum Master certificate (CSM, PSM I, or higher)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management with at least one technological implementation (system, integration, platform)
• Ability to work in environments without established processes and build structures from scratch
• Advanced knowledge of at least one project tool: Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or Notion
• Communicative understanding of technical language
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, especially in e-commerce or tech
• Experience in AI implementations or digital transformation
• SAFe, LeSS certification, or experience in scaled Agile
• Understanding of e-commerce funnels and basic digital marketing

• Lead and coordinate IT/AI projects
• Build and maintain project roadmap including AI initiatives, integrations, and automations
• Conduct sprints, retrospectives, and daily meetings without excessive bureaucracy
• Manage dependencies between projects and identify blockers early
• Report project status to management in a clear and decision-oriented manner
• Collaborate with external developers and agencies on scope, delivery, and acceptance
