Minimum technical secondary education (IT or related field) and experience in direct user support (Helpdesk).
Strong knowledge of Windows, basic knowledge of Linux, operational use of Active Directory, and understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with Google Workspace, MDM systems, and basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.

Providing ongoing user support (ITSM), troubleshooting issues with Windows, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP, and initial network diagnostics (LAN/WiFi).

Escalating more complex issues to administrators with thorough problem documentation.
