Network Engineer Team Lead

ITFS is offering a Network Engineer Team Lead position with work in Gdańsk, combining office and remote work (hybrid, 3 days per week in office). The company works on a stable and secure market position and offers cooperation in the form of B2B.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and development of enterprise-class network infrastructure
• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer, Technical Lead, or technical expert
• Practical knowledge of Palo Alto Networks and Panorama systems
• Experience with Aruba Wireless wireless network infrastructure
• Knowledge of NAC technology and very good understanding of Routing & Switching concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Azure network services, especially ExpressRoute
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
• Very good command of English language
• Ability to organize work and coordinate a team with strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in coordinating team work and managing relationships with IT suppliers
• Possession of certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Aruba, or ITIL

• Support of 2nd and 3rd line for environments including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewall, NAC, Internet, and cloud services
• Diagnosing incidents and performing root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintenance and development of infrastructure based on Palo Alto Networks, Panorama, Aruba Wireless, and NAC solutions
• Managing routing, switching, and network services in Microsoft Azure, including ExpressRoute
• Coordinating and prioritizing work of a small team of network specialists
• Collaborating with external suppliers and creating technical documentation
• Providing operational support locally in the Gdańsk office

Work is performed locally in the office in Gdańsk 3 times a week. Cooperation form is B2B.
