GRC Consultant (German)

• At least 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Experience in creating high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and their application to solution and application architectures.
• Expertise in IT Risk Management, Audit Management, Compliance, and Data Privacy within GRC.
• Experience with Archer and/or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Confident communication in German for professional environments.
• Familiarity with DORA requirements and related risk management practices (preferred).
• Holding or working towards relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, NIST, CISA, or similar.

• Develop and prepare risk reporting, monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions, and intervene when needed.
• Support risk management activities in alignment with the Three Lines of Defense model and Operational Risk Management frameworks.
• Provide independent oversight and challenge the effectiveness of risks and controls before and after project implementation.
• Advise projects and programs on identifying, monitoring, measuring, and managing existing and emerging risks.
• Assess risk management practices and support continuous improvement of risk controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk governance and compliance processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of GRC-related solutions and processes.
• Support the monitoring and management of organizational risk exposure.
